I'll not talk about anything about Vampires & Wolves (damn, vampires are smexy ). But I'm here to tell about about Animal Spirits.

Animal Spirits are said to be possessed by every one of us.

" An Animal Totem is an important symbolic object used by a person to get in touch with specific qualities found within an animal which the person needs, connects with, or feels a deep affinity toward.

You can have several animal guides through out your life. Sometimes an animal guide will come into your life for a short period of time, and then be replaced by another depending on the journey or direction you are headed toward. Your guide will instruct and protect you as you learn how to navigate through your spiritual and physical life. When you find an animal that speaks strongly to you or feel you must draw more deeply into your life, you might fill your environment with images of the animal to let the animal know it's welcome in your space. Animal guides can help you get back to your Earthly roots, and reconnect with nature by reminding you that we are all interconnected. To first do this you need to know what your Animal Totem is."

I was really curious about these so-called spirit guides. Is it true for real? This conclusion may lead to Animism . But my curiousness and willingness to leard more about this spirits isn't enough to change my faith on my Lord Savior. And I know that only Angels are sent to look for us and not Animals , as written in the no-mistake Bible . I was just amazed on their beliefs and I do respect it . Native Americans started this kind of worships or rituals or whatever they call it.

So if you're getting my point and wanna know your own Animal Spirit IF EVER, try to ask these few answerable questions below by yourself:

3. What animal do you most frequently see when you're out in nature or in the city?

5. Which animal do you find most frightening or intriguing?
6. Have you ever been bitten or attacked by an animal?
7. Is there a recurring animal in your dreams or do you have one you have never forgotten?

If you are still uncertain which animal is your totem, here a few exercises you can do to come closer to the answer. You must not try to force the animal to come, it can pick up on that energy and be put off. Being patient and doing the following exercises will draw your animal totem to you.

1. Ask yourself what animal has played a meaningful part in your world? If you're unsure, make a list of animals that have drawn your interest or have left a deep impression on you from paintings, photographs, stories, movies, carvings, etc.
2. Which animal shows up in your life most frequently? Keep a journal of the animals present in your dreams or that you encounter through the day for the next month. How did the animal behave? Did you interact with the animal?
3. Find a place where you can be alone to meditate. Sit quietly and ask your animal to make it's nature known to you. Feel free to use tools such as incense, smudge, and candles to help you.

Now, do you have any clue who's your Animal Guide? If still not, you have to step more if your really crazy willing to know your guide even if it's true or not, you have to follow some steps here or here.

I already know what's mine. It's a Wolf. I just studied Animal Spirits and I already saw mine last night. Since I was a child, I liked and feared wolves. And I always wanted a Wolf Hybrid (Half Dog Half Wolf) as a pet. People see wolves as viscious, savage ones but they're not. Wolves are sociable indeed. It's just our mindset that they're all scary, when they howl in the middle of the night, it makes us wonder if they're calling ghost or whatever but it's just our own wildness that made us to freak when we hear anything wolf - associated.

I asked, I need a sign, for me to know what's my guide. But as the informations said, Animal Spirits chooses their own person to guide, not us who will choose our guide . But I was darn lucky to say that "Hey, I already saw mine!"

" You do not choose a Spirit Guide as your personal spirit guide. The Spirit chooses you and they decide to whom they will reveal themselves and make their friend. Do not fall into the trap of saying, “Gosh, I think the wolf is a smart, good looking and powerful animal, so the wolf will become my animal guide.” It does not work this way.

Each Animal has its own Medicine which is unique to that specific creature as gifted by the Great Mystery and its spirit cannot be chosen like the color of your new car. Discovering who your animal guides are is a process of paying attention to the spirits around you and following the signs. It is a process of developing your inner knowledge and spiritual understanding.

An individual can not be assigned a spirit guide by another person, regardless of who that person maybe, no more than another person can say how or when the Great Mystery of Life will be known to you.

What happens if you want an animal spirit so bad you can taste it (not literally) and one has not come to you? We have two suggestions for this case. First, pray about it. My story about how I find my Animal Spirit is:

I love the night sky. If I want to clear my mind blank, I just stare at the stars and look for the moon. Last night was a New Moon, the moon was as circle as it can be. And there's a rainbow on it's side. But it was too cloudy that I think it'll rain any time last night. There are no stars visible in the sky, but some twinkle as the grey puff clouds pass.

I looked again to see the sky and saw a HUGE SIGN, as in huge. The clouds form a face of a wolf. And on it's right eye, the New Moon was exactly there, as its right eyes. The moon was glowing. I was fascinated on it. I called my cousins to see it but they are not interested. I don't care neither because even if this is not a sign, I love how the grey clouds form a big side view of a wolf's face. And I know this is an enough evidence that my animal spirit is Jacob Black, cool.

My favorite is the white one, the White Wolves . White's my favorite shade and Wolves are now my favorite animal so it's a nice combination . These are my favorite shots of White Wolves:
